Species : Mix between grey wolf and arctic wolf
Spirit is large for her age , due to being the offspring of the two lead warriors in her pack . She is built for strength and precision . But due to malnurishment she has grown thin and her bones are not as strong as they should be making her frail .She has strong back legs and strong jaws .
She has a thick coat that is growing fluffier with age . Her main colour is a light golden cream that is stunning in the sun , as if she were a goddess. She has light blue eyes with amber flecks as her eyes are beginning to turn amber / gold . At this stage of her life .She has black Streaks across her back and sides , a result of being a cross breed .
Mother : Anuraid , Anuraid was the female lead warrior of their pack , she came from the pack born and raised and like her father she was an brilliant warrior . Anuraid was loyal and brave and very spiritual like her mother before her . She passed this on , to her pup Spirit . Knowing one day she would need it . Anuraid Died when the betrayal occurred within the pack .She died defending the Alpha her father .
Father : Noturnal , Noturnal was from a different pack , he had left in search of a mate , apon meeting Anuraid he instantly fell in love with her sweet rose scent . He joined the pack as a warrior unlike his father who had been a hunter . Noturnal was very protective and believe in teaching Spirit how to defend herself at a young age . But he always made it fun for her . He died in the betrayal protecting Spirit
Uncle : Sakre , Sakre was a warrior , he was a jealous wolf who hated his sister anuraid and her family . He felt as if he should have been lead warrior . He was angry at the Alpha for choosing Anuraid over him . Slowly he began to spread rumors of Anuraid and the betrayal she was planning . Until the whole pack turned against Anuraid .
Sister : Hope , Hope died at 3 weeks old from illness
Grandfather : Ameridan , the alpha of the pack , proud , brave and protective . The perfect alpha . He died in the betrayal
Spirit was born of the two lead warriors , She grew up along side her sister Hope , until illness claimed her sister and almost claimed her . Spirit managed to recover and was taken care of by all the pack . She grew up loved by everyone ... except her uncle . He was cruel and would snap at her for getting too close and once tried to drown her in the river . He claimed it was an accident but Spirit knew this wolf had evil in him .
Her father trained her how to hunt and defend herself at a young age . She wasn't successful but as she grew up this knowledge saved her life .
When she was 14 weeks old she was isolated from the pack along with her parents . Rumors had spread that anuriad planned to kill the alpha so she could take over with Nocturnal .
Then one night Anuraid was confronted by the alpha and her uncle , Anuraid told him she had no such plans and she demanded who had started them . When the alpha had his back turned Sakre attacked him , biting deep into his neck , the alpha roared and struggled to get away .Anuraid rushed at her brother attacking him , Sakre turned and ran into an ambush , anuraid followed and was slain by 5 wolves of a rival pack . Sakre lead them to the alpha would they killed him and set it up to look like anuraid committed the murder .
Spirit had been hiding in a bush when a sob escaped her muzzle , Sakre heard and smirked finding the pup , he went to bite into her neck but Spirit slashed his eye and ran through the woods to her father . Her father had been helping the healer gather herbs and turned to see Spirit running for her life . He charged at Sakre and attacked , He killed the traitor but the rival wolves caught up and killed him . Spirit ran through the woods and fell into a pond , the wolves ran past not noticing her . She managed to drag herself out . She ran for along time
Spirit watched all she love crumble , she now feels responsible , if she had been the warrior her parents where she could have protected them . Now her pack is ruled by the rivals ... all members mistreated . She swore once strong enough she would return and free them . Not to be alpha . But to prove she was a warrior . For now though .. surviving is just getting harder .
Without a pack she may not survive the winter
