Shadow grew up in a large pack, lead by cruel alpha her uncle..her father was strict, tho he wasn't as bad as his brother. As a pup just about walking she would play with her siblings then training started it was fun at first for her until her uncle intervened, her fathers training for her wasn't good enough so he trained her as well as her father. starting with making her stronger and been able to handle pain..in doing this it ment them injuring her any way possible even tho she was still a mere pup. As she got older her uncle had pups of his own which ment her training had finally ended with him. Becoming a protector not long after. Everyday she'd watch her uncle throw his pups. until one got old enough a faught back, this made her uncle mad, knowing he was out smarted by what he thought was a weak young wolf. he got worse, tearing into the members of the pack, killing a few pups. Shadow put up with it for almost a year before leaving herself, tho was not easy. She traveled for days, hearing rumors of her cousin still alive, soon finding her as an alpha of a pack and now shadow as a member, protecting the only family she had left that she couldn't help before.
